The new Gaza coastline won’t be hard to imagine. Just look at the skylines of Dubai, Doha, or the projects envisioned by Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Mega-Project NEOM (All three images from da zeen.)
Production schedule has been greatly scaled back. Currently, projects around the Red Sea area are being developed.
da zeen writes:
According to the developer, Neom will consist of 10 projects that they refer to as regions. So far, details of four of the regions have been announced. These are The Line, which is the most well-known, as well as Oxagon, Trojena and Sindalah….
Oxagon is planned as an octagon-shaped port city that will be built on the Red Sea at the far south of the Neom region. According to Neom's developer, the port and logistics hub will be the "world's largest floating structure".
Trojena is planned as ski resort in the Sarwat Mountains near the north of the Neom region. The 60-square-kilometre skiing and outdoor-activity resort will offer year-round skiing and is set to host the 2029 Asian Winter Games.
Sindalah is planned as an island resort within the Red Sea. Aimed at the yachting community, the 840,000-square-metre island will have an 86-berth marina and numerous hotels.

“Deal of the Century” Redux
Listen to Jared Kushner’s view on modernization of the Middle East from four years ago when he served during President Trump’s first administration.
The “Deal of the Century” capsulized by Reuters:
The White House on Saturday outlined a $50 billion Middle East economic plan that would create a global investment fund to lift the Palestinian and neighboring Arab state economies, and fund a $5 billion transportation corridor to connect the West Bank and Gaza.
The "peace to prosperity" plan, set to be presented by White House senior adviser Jared Kushner at an international conference in Bahrain next week, includes 179 infrastructure and business projects….
The plan also proposes nearly a billion dollars to build up the Palestinians' tourism sector, a seemingly impractical notion for now given the frequent flareups between Israeli forces and militants from Hamas-ruled Gaza….
Kushner characterizes the importance of Saudi Arabia agreeing to the plan in the above video:
I would also say that if you follow the press and statements in Saudi Arabia, they’ve been quite supportive of the initiative that happened yesterday. So, my sense with Saudi Arabia is that they have two different populations there. They have their younger population that wants to see partnership with Israel. They’re interested in economy, Vision 2030, technology; they want better lives. They see Israel as almost the Silicon Valley of the Middle East, and they want to be connected to it as a trading partner, as a technology partner, as a security partner. And you have the older generation there that’s still stuck in conflicts of the past.
What’s Vision 2030?
From Wealth Consulting:
➞ Vision 2030 has placed real estate at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation, with cities like Riyadh and Jeddah becoming dynamic hubs of real estate development. Billions are channeled into residential, commercial, and tourism-focused projects reflecting a modern, sustainable future.
➞ Vision 2030’s emphasis on smart cities and eco-friendly designs—through mega-projects like NEOM and the Red Sea Project—draws attention from foreign investors and property owners who value sustainability and innovation.
“Houston…We’ve Got a Problem”
The National: Gaza is forever Palestinian, war-weary residents tell Donald Trump
Mohammed Al Rudai, a 28-year-old Palestinian from the northern city of Beit Lahia, also dismissed Mr Trump's remarks.
“This is our destiny, and this is our land,” he said. “My home is gone, and six members of my family were martyred, but I will never think of leaving this country or abandoning it. We are the rightful owners of this land, and Trump will fail.”
He said Gazans would accept “nothing less than a dignified life on our land, free from occupation” and was adamant that Palestinians would stay even if the war resumed….
Aziz Al Massri, a 35-year-old from Gaza city who is living in Cairo after fleeing the war, said Mr Trump was trying to market the displacement plan under a humanitarian and ethical pretext….
He said strong Palestinian leadership was needed to thwart efforts to relocate the population, comparing the fight for Palestinian statehood to that of the Kurds, some of whom seek the creation of an independent Kurdistan carved from parts of Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey.
“We cannot stand against these modern-day Mongols without a unified national leadership that governs all Palestinian territories with one voice, one vision, and one political decision,” he said.
“Otherwise, we will become the Kurds of the 21st century – and history will not forgive us.”
Rather than Trump sending troops to Gaza and thereby “owning” the land, I suspect the leaked “denazification” plan will be used. The Muslim Skeptic has posted an excellent article entitled “Israel’s Post-Gaza Plan: “Denazification” as a Code for De-Islamisation.”
Nevertheless, the Zionist strategy of a pre-Geneva Conventions post-trauma policy of indoctrination of Palestinians was outlined as early as October 2023. At the time, a document from Israel’s Intelligence Ministry was leaked, outlining a plan to permanently expel Palestinians to the Sinai to “instill a sense of failure among the population.”
The document asserts that “a deep process of implementing an ideological change (de-Nazification)” was fundamental to any proposal implemented. This shift aims to replace the “old perception” with a “moderate Islamic ideology” that is not hostile towards Israel. The document describes this process as “similar to the de-Nazification carried out in Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan.” One mechanism the proposal suggests is “to dictate the school curricula and enforce its use for an entire generation.”
Here’s the leaked document:
The Muslim Skeptic calls this
Denazification -> Deradicalization -> De-Islamising
You may disagree after perusing the article if you like, but the Muslim Skeptic concludes:
Islam, conflated with “radicalisation” and “extremism,” is “backward” and should not be “injected in every debate.” By embracing an Israel-friendly secularism, the UAE and its co-conspirators against the Ummah are at war with Islam, similar to the West’s historical conflict with communism.
It becomes evident that the denazification rhetoric is code for the de-Islamisation of Muslims. In other words, Zionists who demand global recognition of their right to follow their scriptures to justify stealing land and commit a genocide against Muslims want to deny Muslims the right to adhere to the Qur’an and traditions.
I think the development of land and resources as the world Oligarchs desire has become the true goal. They’re tired of waiting to initiate their Greater Middle East Plan. Gaza is enormously rich in resources and assets. The Oligarchs want them developed. They’re tired of their orchestrated wars; they want profit.
They have only kind words for countries who either recognize or ape them by developing ultra-modern business styles and tourism although these countries continue abuses against immigrant workers and their own citizens. The big caveat, though, is that these countries don’t attack Israel. Of course, their society isn’t structured by Israel either via apartheid policies and vastly reduced living standards. Gaza may want to participate in development but not at the cost of abandoning their religion as they see fit to practice. They may not want tourism. They may not want huge developments and international traffic.
A very peculiar dichotomy exists here. The primary line of division is business.
Counter arguments may include that Gaza enables Hamas attacks on Israel. I wonder how much violence would subside if the Palestinians had a reputable nation-state such as joining the West Bank, Gaza, and the desert region alongside Gaza? Additionally, armies would land if Israel, again, tried encroachment; with Israel, enforcement is the key. Not enforcing against a bully who moves where they like, when they like, and taking what they like simply leads to more of the same. Ask any school kid who has a bully near them.
I would support this statement by pointing toward Israel’s incessant preemptive strikes on any country in the Middle East they deem a potential threat to themselves. How would we characterize this type of thinking? I think as predictive, pre-crime policing run amok. For this reason, Israel bombed over 900+ targets in Syria. They care not whom they hit nor how many they kill. Israel constantly violates agreements signed in the past which have prohibited them from sending their “settlers” into Palestinian territories and ultimately can’t understand why Palestinians abhor them. Gaza and the West Bank are under incessant apartheid control, and the Israelis can’t understand the antipathy toward them. You can’t make this stuff up.
Such questions are difficult and boil down to one point. Will we allow someone who practices religion differently from us to co-exist in this world, or will we follow the practices seen through centuries where people are annihilated from the face of the earth for their religion? We stumble upon their written tablets and realize that, at one time, these groups, like the Essenes, lived and practiced their religion. Are we, in actuality, in favor of a communistic philosophy where all religions must look and behave as we demand? In this case, we have seen that Sunni countries with harsh practices and punishments are freely allowed to co-exist while Shia ones are not. One has sold their religion for profit and retention of authoritarian control while the other hasn’t.
It’s all about the deal. If you will deal—sell yourself—the world Oligarchs beam upon you with pleasure and solicitude. If you don’t, they’ll make your lives a living hell. This is what the Israeli-Hamas “conflict” actually represents. Will a person or society remain true to their own identity or allow the adulteration of their beliefs? Will they allow their religion to become a ghost—a relic of another time?
Think back to the projects initially outlined above. Who will be able to afford these facilities? The average Joe? The immigrant Filipino?
I would suggest, given recent history, that only the new billionaires and millionaires pole-vaulted to the top during incidents like the Covid shutdowns will be accessing the Tojena ski resort or the island resort in the Red Sea “aimed at the yachting community.” Indeed, part of what Covid has revealed is that the “average Joe” and “Filipino immigrant” numbers will have been drastically reduced.
The art of the deal, in this instance, clearly appears to me as liquidation of a population and the expropriation of their land, for, as we see, real estate everywhere is becoming more coveted and expensive—perhaps the most sought asset in the world.
WEF globalists will do this to all individuals in the world...other than WEF stazi members
